Feb 1 FUMS Friday Night 6-Pack

FUMS Friday Night 6-Pack 🍻

Hello friends --Happy February!!  I'm so excited to put that punk-ass month of January behind me. Man - that was a tough one. I'm looking forward to some great things this month. I'm headed to Orlando, Florida soon for the HIMSS conference (HIMSS is a global, cause-based, not-for-profit organization focused on better health through information and technology) and I'm going to DC for my daughter's volleyball tournament. It's always good to have things to look forward to - right??On to the business at hand -- 1.  This one has nothing to do with MS - but it's so important I want to share it with you. Freeze your credit. No joke. Freeze your credit and freeze your kid's credit. Even babies. Freeze everyone's credit. That way, none of these scammers can steal your identity - at least not that way. It's FREE to do now - and SUPER SIMPLE and FAST. AND - it's free, super simple and fast to thaw your credit if you need to get a loan, apply for a credit card or have your credit checked. Seriously - less than 15 minutes and I was done with all 3 credit bureaus. Learn more here: Credit Freeze NOW2.  This is SOOOOOO interesting. Researchers exposed people to healthy and unhealthy scents and found a surprise about length of time of exposure and cravings. If your life is dictated by your food cravings as mine is - you'll be interested in this. Anybody know where I can get a chocolate chip cookie Glade Plug-In??  Defeat Cravings in 2 Minutes3.  Is nausea part of your typical #MS symptom lineup??  You poor thing. I can't even imagine. I'd rather have pain than nausea any day. Here's some info: MS & Nausea4.  Did you all see where the woman with MS came back to her car to find feces-smeared all over it and her placard? Unbelievable. Have you had anyone question your disability placard??  Read more here: Stupid People5.  Here is a delineation of the "types" of #MS. Where do you fall (sorry, poor choice of words!) on this line of demarcation?  Types of MS6.  It's been about a year since I wrote a blog post for FUMSnow.com. WHAT?!?! I can't believe that. I've been busy writing for other publications - and podcasting! But I recently found something that was mood- and life-altering - it's called organization. Have you heard of it? It's revolutionary. So I wrote about my experience of how - Marie Kondo Helped My MS Symptoms.**FYI - The FUMS Podcast Show hit a MAJOR milestone: 25,000 downloads!  Haven't had (read: made) time to listen yet?
