Hello friends --The shit show that is 2020 continues. Pandemics, protests, my husband's illness and now - my sweet dog Rascal - who would warn me before I'd have a flare and spend days on end in bed with me - had to be put down on Monday of this week. It was so hard - but it was the right thing to do. We loved him enough to let him go. He had diabetes and was so sick. It was peaceful and beautiful in it's own way. I was struck by the dichotomy of bringing an end to a pets' pain while having had to watch my mother-in-law endure such torturous pain and suffering while feeling completely helpless. We really need to get our shit together about death with dignity in this country. But I digress.Let's see what went on in the MS world this week:1.
