March 22 FUMS Friday Night 6-Pack

FUMS Friday Night 6-Pack 🍺

Hello friends --  Happy start of March Madness! I love watching the college kids losing their minds at these games!  The one team that I have any connection to - Old Dominion University (my husband graduated from there) was out in the first round so - I'm just watching for fun now!   Let's get to the top 6 happenings in the world of MS this week, shall we?   1.  I just published a new podcast episode this morning - all aboutMyetin. This is the high dose Biotin and NAD+ supplement that was suggested to me by friend of the pod Caroline Craven (GirlWithMS) and I've had such great results from (energy, clarity, focus, hair regrowth, Rosacea resolved). I interviewed the CEO Stephen Camp and he talked all the sciency stuff that I don't necessarily understand but it's there for those who do!!  It's a good one. You can click and listen - or clisten - right here: FUMS Pod - Myetin   2.  OK - if you missed the last podcast where I interview M'Kayl Lewis of Pack Health about all thing Pack Health (what a coincidence) - then you missed out on a lot. I talked about what Pack Health is and does and offers (hint: a big, fat donut-hole, free to you offer of healthcare coaching - no joke) in this goofy-ass Facebook Live that I did this week. Here's a link to that ( and no, I wasn't drinking - this is honestly how I am sober!!) Pack Health Offer - Facebook Live  3.  Winnebago recently debuted a new wheelchair-friendly RV collection! Here's where to get the deets: Way To Go Winnebago  4.  My kids learned how to do laundry, clean and do some light cooking really early - and I've stressed empathy and independence in raising them - all because of my MS dx. How has MS affected YOUR parenting?? Here's an article about how it affects actress Jamie-Lyn Siegler's parenting:  MS & Parenting 5.  Mark next Thursday, March 28, on your calendar for the second annual Progressive MS Day? Why is this such a big deal? Check out this website and hear it straight from friends of FUMS Jennifer & DanDiggman (very first interview for the FUMS Podcast Show!) Progressive MS Day  6.  This is going to make some people very happy. They are no longer requiring contrast be used in MRI's for MS'ers! WHAT!?!?  Yep. No more pulling you out to shoot you up to put you back in! Hope this speeds things up too! YAY. Read more here: No More Contrast  So that's all folks. Hope you find value in this weekly email. PLEASE - tell your friends, family, caregivers others with MS about this resource, The FUMS Podcast Show and the blog at FUMSnow.com. Organic, word-of-mouth growth is our bread and butter! Thanks for the assist.  You know I LOVE to hear from you so - drop me an email [email protected] (or, just hit "reply" to this email) or meet me in the FUMS Facebook community and let's chat!  Thanks.  Warmly --   Kathy #FUMS
