Hello friends --I'm sitting in the inpatient surgery family waiting room at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital right now because my husband had his nephrectomy (kidney removal) today. The doctor just updated me that he did well and the kidney - along with the cancer - is gone!!  YIPPEE!!  Thanks for all of the notes of encouragement and support.  I love this community.Enough  blabbing, lady, let's get to it:1.
