Hello friends --Well - it's been one hell of a week. Last week I had a HUGE black bear in my backyard eating my birdseed that growled at me when I brought my dog out to go to the bathroom. I picked up some new birdseed that has cayenne and other super hot peppers baked into the birdseed. It is to keep the squirrels away - but I thought it might help keep the bears away as well. When I was closing the bag, the dust and particles from the hot birdseed blew into my eyes, nose, and mouth. Let's just say it was reminiscent of labor and delivery except it was my face and it all happened at once. There were paramedics involved. I'm fine - but as you well know, MS is a jealous bitch, so the next day or two, I was in pseudo-flare hell. But today - today I'm good - just a little fatigued. So - let's do this!!1.  The third episode in the international series on the FUMS Podcast Show just dropped this morning.
