FUMS Friday Night 6-Pack 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺

Hello friends --I hope you got your fill of turkey and dressing or Tofurkey and kale - whatever your Thanksgiving dinner looked like! I certainly did. I still feel like I'm waddling. The best part of my holiday weekend? My daughter Maggie Mae is home from college. She and her little sister Reagan are out tearing up the Black Friday sales today so - I'm getting some work done! And away we go:1. Speaking of Black Friday, I just published this year's FUMS Holiday Gift Guide. I just keep adding gift ideas (and clickable links) each year. Our wonderful FUMS community sends in their favorite finds from the past year too. The guide has over 50+ ideas now! Many of them are clickable links - meaning - you can just stay in those cozy jammies and shop right from your recliner! PLEASE share the guide with others you know that could use it - and if you have any gift ideas, please, add them to the comments below the post and I'll get them added in there! Here's the link (happy shopping): 2019 FUMS Holiday Gift Guide2. As a companion to the Holiday Gift Guide, I recorded a short (5 minutes) little message with some holiday stress-reducing ideas and my special wishes for each of you in this wonderful, supportive FUMS community. Click the link and listen right here: Kathy's Message3. Do you stretch? I am rededicating myself to stretching. It makes such a huge difference. I've been dealing with a frozen shoulder for 7 months so my usual yoga routine is jacked up - and my stretching has been null and void. Any stretching is beneficial. But PNF stretching may be better. Read all about it here: PNF Stretching Guide4. Health and wellness coach, MS warrior, and friend of the pod Alene Brennan of www.AleneBrannan.com - shares her interview with Terry Wahls MD about the power of Essential Oils. Do YOU use essential oils?? Click the link and listen right here: Essential Oils for MS5. Do you experience sensory processing problems? This study links those issues to disease severity and difficulties in daily life. Read more here: Sensory Processing and MS Severity 6. Multiple sclerosis (MS) is difficult to diagnose, and, as yet, it has no cure. However, according to new research, it may be possible to slow its progression without some of the health risks associated with current treatments. MS Progression CAN Be SlowedThat's all folks. I'm off to do some holiday decorating! Happy Everything!!If there's anything I can help you with, drop me an email and let me know at [email protected] or meet me over in the FUMS Facebook community and let's chat! Thanks.Warmly -- Kathy#FUMS
