The FUMS 6 Pack 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺

Hello friends --I'm so sick and tired of this horrible heat. And humidity. UGH. I feel like a captive to my own house. And I hate "fake air" - air conditioning. I'm crabby as hell about all this whole situation. This happens mid-August every year. It will all turn around soon because - THE 'BER MONTHS ARE COMING!!! (SeptemBER, OctoBER, NovemBER & DecemBER). I LOVE FALL! 🍁 It cannot come soon enough. So how about YOU?? How's things in YOUR WORLD?? Hit reply to this email and let me know. Well - wait until you finish reading it - then hit reply and give me a quick note on you and yours. I'm stuck in this house all alone (well, my cat-in-a-dog suit Snickers is here, but we just tolerate each other) all day and night. Throw me a bone!! OK - let's see what's happening in the world of MS:1. My friend and friend of the FUMS Pod (repeat guest) Alene is running an AMAZING program for MS'ers: Thriving with MS Course ~ A step-by-step path to managing your diagnosis, thriving in your body, and reclaiming the life that feels like it was taken from you. This 3-week live online course led by fellow MS Thriver and Functional Nutrition Coach, Alene Brennan includes: Cooking Demos, Recipes, Live Coaching, Guided Meditations and so much more. Register today
HURRY - they start on September 1st!!

Targeting Protein Could Protect Nerve Cells via Blood-CNS Barrier3. And now - for some confusing news: How much a country spends on healthcare is associated with the prevalence of multiple sclerosis (MS), with higher spending nations seeing a greater number of MS cases, a study found. MS Risk, Latitude Link May Be Explained by Healthcare Spending4. Biosimilar, or “follow-on,” forms of disease-modifying therapies (DMTs) that have been approved in a highly regulated area can be considered as safe and effective as their reference medications, according to multiple sclerosis (MS) experts. Guidelines for Approval of DMT Biosimilars, Use In Europe Drafted5. Interesting. Like having an MS crystal ball: Retinal Test a New Prognostic Marker for Multiple Sclerosis Severity6. MS'ers are notoriously poor sleepers. Odd since we're exhausted so often. So - when I came across this article - I thought I would just leave it here: "The body responds to orgasm by unleashing hormones that may help you fall asleep faster and log better-quality sleep". Can Sex Help You Sleep? You're welcome. That's all folks. Hope this newsletter o'mine helps you. 😉Warmly -- Kathy#FUMSP.S.
