Hello friends --How's every little thing in your life? Are you feeling the summer doldrums or does summer light you up?  Personally - I can't wait for the fall. This heat and humidity in Coastal Virginia puts a hurtin' on me every year.  And my MS revolts! So - mostly - I'm indoors - in the a/c - which I don't care for - but am ever so grateful to have!Ok lady - enough jawin'. Let's get to the good stuff:1.  Summer humidity can jack up both your MS and your hair. Wear a cooling vest (Thermapparel Undercool is the very best) and stay in the a/c for your MS - and buy an FUMS hat to tame that damned hair (and to support FUMS)!!  Here's where to go:  FUMS Merch Shop Here's what they look like:  2.  As if MS and the cog fog that comes with it isn't enough - now - this: MS raises person’s risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s Chance of Alzheimer's 2.23 times higher, vascular dementia 3.75 times higher  😳3.  So - no surprise here - but injectables for MS have become less popular over the years! Use of the procedure helps to detect the condition at an earlier stage and predict its progression more accurately.
