Hey - As I'm writing this newsletter, we here in the U.S. are in the process of voting for the executive and legislative branches of our government. Here you go:1. New research suggests the ketogenic diet could help manage multiple sclerosis (MS) by promoting the production of beneficial compounds in the gut. My take: follow the credo, eat Keto - it may help your MS - or even your libido! (I made that last part up - just because it rhymed 😉 - but now that I think about it - it might actually help your libido because if you're feeling better, you make actually have the energy and the interest. But I digress) Here's the study: Keto Diet May Ease Multiple Sclerosis Symptoms2. Shut the front door.🚪 There seems to be a real surge in research on myelin repair and protection - and I am here for it!!  A first group of healthy adults has been dosed in a Phase 1 safety and tolerability trial of Lucid-21-302, a potential myelin-protective oral treatment for multiple sclerosis (MS), regardless of disease type. Take aways: Meylin protective. Oral treatment. ALL MS types. Yes, yes and yes. Please. Dosing begins in early clinical trial of Lucid-MS to protect myelin sheath3. Where are my Copaxone peeps?? The manufacturer of your drug got slapped with a HUGE fine. The European Commission says TEVA Pharmaceuticals tried to block competitors to its MS therapy. It reads a bit like a reality TV script: EC slaps Teva with €463M fine over misuse of Copaxone patents

4. Did you know that I used UVB phototherapy (standing in front of a light) and my fatigue was almost completely eliminated! And it has lasted a long time too. I hadn't used the light in almost 6 months. I still feel good, but my Vitamin D levels have dropped. I'm starting back on the light next week - and I'm documenting my journey.
