Hello friends --  I just wanted to let you know about a great "contest" I have going on over on the FUMS Facebook page. I want to give YOU a gift - for my birthday - and World MS Day - on May 30th. All you have to do is post your best FUMS story - a time that you said FU to MS and won - ALONG WITH A PICTURE. This picture should also signify your triumphant #FUMS attitude: your middle fingernails painted orange, you exercising, a strong MS tattoo you have (or want to put on temporarily for the picture??), you wearing a slogan teeshirt, whatever shows how YOU say #FUMS! Put the story and picture in the comments section AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FB POST, which is pinned to the top of the FUMS Facebook page. There are already posts there so you can see some examples. On Wednesday, I'll pick the winners by putting everyone's name in a hat and pulling them on Facebook LIVE! There will be multiple winners. Prizes include MS books, gift cards and a coaching/support call with me! Posts must be up by noon (EST) on Wednesday, May 30th to be included in the drawing.
